At Biffpack we are aware of the problems involved when trying to establish your obligation and we understand the whole process can be very difficult for everyone involved. This is why Biffpack run training days to help you ensure compliance within your company and ensure you get it right first time, every time!

Biffpack Training Course 2010

Our specialist training days will highlight the following:-
  • what is required of an obligated business
  • how to identify the packaging flows within your business
  • how to determine obligated packaging
  • the registration process
  • completion of the data form (worked examples)

2010 courses will also provide a full technical update on the proposed Regulatory changes within the current consultation document; explaining the potential changes to reporting and obligations and how they will affect your business. 

We also hold a questions and answers session which gives you the opportunity to discuss your concerns and queries face to face with a Biffpack Regulatory expert.

Biffpack Builders Merchant Calculator Training Course 2010

Our specialist Builders Merchant training days will highlight the following:-

  • what is required of an obligated business using the calculator
  • how to report additional information 
  • how to determine categories in the calculator (worked examples)
  • changes to the 2011 calculator
  • the registration process
  • completion of the data form

2010 courses will also provide a full technical update on the proposed Regulatory changes within the current consultation document; explaining the potential changes to reporting and obligations and how they will affect your business.

We also hold a questions and answers session which gives you the opportunity to discuss your concerns and queries face to face with a Biffpack Regulatory expert.

*please note Trafford Park courses are held at Biffa Waste Services Ltd state of the art DMR facility, and a site tour is available after the training course. Please confirm in your booking email if you wish to attend the site tour, and please bring PPE on the day of your course. 

Bookings

Biffpack usually allows for a maximum of 16 delegates on a course, and places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Courses are £175 + VAT for Members of Biffpack and £325 + VAT for non members.  

If you would like to book a place on a course please email biffpack@biffa.co.uk giving details of the following:

  • The name of each person wishing to attend
  • The date of the required training course
  • The Company Name
  • If you have any dietary requirements
  • A valid PO number (if applicable)

Please be aware that if you are not a current Biffpack Member we will need to send you an Application for Credit Account Form to enable us to open an account for you.
